No Defect Clause Samples
The "No Defect" clause establishes that the subject matter—such as goods, services, or works—must be free from defects at the time of delivery or completion. In practice, this means the provider guarantees that the items or services meet agreed-upon quality standards and are fit for their intended purpose, with no faults or deficiencies present. This clause serves to protect the recipient by ensuring they receive products or services that are fully functional and conform to contract specifications, thereby reducing the risk of disputes over quality or performance.
