Common use of NO CONTINGENT FEES Clause in Contracts

NO CONTINGENT FEES. Consultant warrants that Consultant has not employed or retained any company or person, other than a bona fide employee working solely for Consultant, to solicit or secure this Contract, and that Consultant has not paid or agreed to pay any company or person, other than a bona fide employee working solely for Consultant any fee or consideration of any kind, contingent upon or resulting from the award or making of this Contract. If Consultant breaches the warranty contained in this paragraph, District has the right to deduct from the Contract price or otherwise recover the full amount of such fee or consideration.
