No Brokers/Indemnification. Tenant covenants, represents and warrants that Tenant has had no dealings or negotiations with any broker or agent in connection with the consummation of this agreement other than XX Xxxxx Leasing LLC (the “Broker”), and Tenant covenants and agrees to defend, hold harmless and indemnify Landlord from and against any and all cost, expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) or liability for any compensation, commissions or charges claimed by any broker or agent with respect to this Agreement or the negotiation thereof.
No Brokers/Indemnification a. Each party represents to the other that such party has had no dealings or negotiations with any broker or agent in connection with the consummation of this Agreement other than XX Xxxxx Leasing LLC and Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx (collectively, the “Brokers”) and each party covenants and agrees to defend, hold harmless and indemnify the other from and against any and all cost, expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) or liability resulting from the inaccuracy of the foregoing representation by the applicable party. Landlord shall pay commissions due the Brokers in connection with this Agreement, if any, pursuant to the terms of separate agreements between Landlord and each Broker.

(collectively, the “Brokers”) and Tenant covenants and agrees to defend, hold harmless and indemnify Landlord from and against any and all cost, expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) or liability for any compensation, commissions or charges claimed by any broker or agent (other than the Brokers) with whom Tenant has dealt with respect to this Agreement or the negotiation thereof.
No Brokers/Indemnification. Tenant warrants that it has not dealt with any broker, agent or finder in connection with the 3rd Floor Additional Space and that no broker, finder or consultant participated in procuring this agreement other than Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx of Colliers/ABR, Inc. and Xxx Xxxxxx of SAG, Inc., each of whom acted solely as consultants to Tenant ("Tenant's Consultants"). Tenant warrants to Owner that it shall pay any fee due to Tenant's Consultants, in accordance with the terms of separate agreements with each of them. Tenant hereby indemnifies and agrees to defend and hold Owner, its agents, servants and employees harmless from any suit, action, proceeding, controversy, claim or demand whatsoever at law or in equity that may be instituted against Owner by anyone who claimed to have dealt with Tenant for recovery of compensation or damages for procuring this Agreement or by reason of a breach or purported breach of the representations and warranties contained herein.
No Brokers/Indemnification. A. Tenant warrants that it has not -------------------------- dealt with any broker, agent or finder in connection with this Agreement other than XX Xxxxx Leasing, LLC, and Insignia/ESG, Inc. (collectively, the "Brokers"). Tenant hereby indemnifies and agrees to defend and hold Landlord, its agents, servants and employees harmless from any suit, action, proceeding, controversy, claim or demand whatsoever at law or in equity that may be instituted against Landlord by anyone other than the Brokers who claimed to have dealt with Tenant for recovery of compensation or damages for procuring this Agreement or by reason of a breach or purported breach of the representations and warranties contained herein.
No Brokers/Indemnification. Landlord and Tenant represent and warrant that neither consulted or negotiated with any broker or consultant with regard to this Third Amendment. Landlord and Tenant agree to indemnify, defend and hold one another harmless from and against any and all claims for fees and commission from anyone claiming to have dealt with the respective party in connection with this Third Amendment.
No Brokers/Indemnification. 13.01 Tenant covenants, represents and warrants that Tenant has had no dealings or negotiations with any broker or agent in connection with the consummation of this Agreement other than XX Xxxxx Leasing LLC and Xxxxx Lang LaSalle (collectively, the “Brokers”), and Tenant covenants and agrees to defend, hold harmless and indemnify Landlord from and against any and all cost, expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) or liability for any compensation, commissions or charges claimed by any broker or agent (other than the Brokers) with respect to this Agreement or the negotiation thereof.

Landlord and Tenant each covenant, represent and warrant to the other that neither party has had dealings or negotiations with any broker or agent in connection with the consummation of this Agreement other than XX Xxxxx Leasing LLC and CB Xxxxxxx Xxxxx, Inc., and (i) Tenant covenants and agrees to defend, hold harmless and indemnify Landlord from and against any and all cost, expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) or liability for any compensation, commissions or charges claimed by any broker or agent (excluding XX Xxxxx Leasing LLC, but including CB Xxxxxxx Xxxxx, Inc.) claiming to have dealt with Tenant with respect to this Agreement or the negotiation thereof and (ii) Landlord covenants and agrees to defend, hold harmless and indemnify Tenant from and against any and all cost, expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) or liability for any compensation, commissions or charges claimed by any broker or agent (excluding CB Xxxxxxx Xxxxx, Inc., but including XX Xxxxx Leasing LLC) claiming to have dealt with Landlord with respect to this Agreement or the negotiation thereof.
No Brokers/Indemnification. Each party represents to the other that such party has had no dealings or negotiations with any broker or agent in connection with the consummation of this Agreement other than Front Street Commercial Real Estate Group (the “Broker”) and each party covenants and agrees to defend, hold harmless and indemnify the other from and against any and all cost, expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) or liability resulting from the inaccuracy of the foregoing representation by the applicable party. Landlord shall pay commissions due the Broker in connection with this Agreement, if any, pursuant to the terms of separate agreements between Landlord and Broker. ARTICLE XV
