Common use of No Adverse Acts Clause in Contracts

No Adverse Acts. DEBIOTECH represents and warrants to IMED that it does not know of any circumstances and has not done and, throughout the duration of this Agreement, will not do any acts that are inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement or which infringe any of the rights of IMED.
