NGOs. In order to be eligible for the award of contracts under procedures referred to in Schedule 1 to this Agreement, NGOs participating in Part C of the Project shall meet criteria including but not limited to the following: (i) proven experience in comparable community development activities in the territory of the Borrower and in participatory project design and implementation; (ii) proven technical expertise in their area of intervention; (iii) adequate financial and administrative capacity; and (iv) compliance with registration requirements under the laws of the Borrower.
