New Units. The Unitholder agrees that any limited partnership units of the Company as to which the Unitholder acquires beneficial ownership (the “New Units”) after the execution of this Agreement and prior to the Expiration Date shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement to the same extent as if they constituted Existing Units.
