New Units Clause Samples
New Units. All certificates for Units issued by the Company to any Owner while this Agreement is in effect must also bear the above endorsement.
New Units. The provisions of this Agreement and recognition of the Council as exclusive bargaining representative shall also be extended to all employees in appropriate units for which the Council is certified during the life of this Agreement.

In the event that, during the period commencing on the date hereof and ending at the Expiration Time, (a) any Subject Units are issued to the Equityholder after the date of this Agreement pursuant to any unit distribution, unit split, recapitalization, reclassification, combination or exchange of Subject Units or otherwise, (b) an Equityholder purchases or otherwise acquires (including by way of tender offer) beneficial ownership of any Subject Units or (c) an Equityholder acquires (including by way of tender offer) the right to vote or share in the voting of any Subject Units (collectively, the “New Securities”), then such New Securities acquired (including by way of tender offer) or purchased by the Equityholder shall be subject to the terms of this Agreement to the same extent as if they constituted the Subject Units owned by the Equityholder as of the date hereof.
New Units. Any new Units that are to be issued pursuant to the provisions hereof shall be fully paid and non-assessable voting Units.
New Units. The Unitholder agrees that any limited partnership units of the Company as to which the Unitholder acquires beneficial ownership (the “New Units”) after the execution of this Agreement and prior to the Expiration Date shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement to the same extent as if they constituted Existing Units.
