Common use of New Releases Clause in Contracts

New Releases. After the initial installation of a System, CTS will provide all New Releases for such System to Customer [*] so long as Customer continuously purchases for such System the software subscription services described in the Support Services Agreement and Customer is not in breach or default under this Agreement or the Support Services Agreement. Otherwise, CTS will provide New Releases for such System to Customer on such terms and conditions and for such Fees as the parties may mutually agree to in writing.
