Common use of New Parties Clause in Contracts

New Parties. During the term of this Agreement, the Company may, with the consent of the Company's Board of Directors and the Investor, allow other Persons to become parties to this Agreement by executing a Joinder Agreement, and the Schedule of Holders attached hereto as Exhibit A shall be revised and updated accordingly.

During the term of this Agreement, the Company may, with the consent of the Company's Board of Directors and the Investor, allow other Persons to become parties to this Agreement by executing a Joinder Agreement, and the Schedule of Holders SCHEDULE OF HOLDERS attached hereto as Exhibit EXHIBIT A shall be revised and updated accordingly.. Notwithstanding the above, upon execution of a Joinder Agreement, all Purchasers under the Purchase Agreement automatically shall become parties to this Agreement and be added to the SCHEDULE OF HOLDERS attached hereto as EXHIBIT A.
