New Language. With the exception of night crew employees, all work performed between the hours of 11:00 P.M. and 6:00 A.M. shall be com pensated with a premium of forty cents (400) per hour in addi tion to the employee's regular rate of pay. Explanation-Current contract language provides night premium from 10:00 P.M. to 6:00 A.M. This also means the employees who were red circled to receive night premium after 7:00 P.M. would no longer receive this premium and would only qualify for hours worked after 11:00 P M
