New Bargaining Unit Employees. The Association, as the exclusive representative for the Bargaining Unit, shall be provided the names, addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses of newly hired Bargaining Unit employees. This list shall be provided by the District within ten (10) business days from the request. The Association may send an email monthly to notify new employees of the opportunity to join the Association. Any and all use of District email and resources by the Association and its members shall comply with all District policies, procedures and the requirements of State and Federal law.
