Common use of Nevada Residents Clause in Contracts

Nevada Residents. A 10% penalty per month must be added to a refund that is not paid or credited to You within 45 days after the cancellation of this Contract. This Contract shall be noncancelable by Obligor, except for: Nonpayment of Contract fees; or Fraud or material misrepresentation by You. We may not cancel this Contract without providing You with written notice at least fifteen (15) days prior to the effective date of cancellation. Such notice shall include the effective date of cancellation and the reason for cancellation. No claim incurred or paid will be deducted from the amount to be returned in the event of cancellation. If Obligor cancels this Contract or if You cancel this contract after the first 30 days of the Coverage Period, then You shall be entitled to a pro rata refund of the paid Contract fee for the unexpired term. If We cancel this Contract, no cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund.
