Sump Pump. Description of Covered Items: Mechanical parts and components of the pump assembly located within the home and hard piped installed. Examples of Items/Conditions Not Covered: Any unit located outside the covered property and/or within crawl spaces; back-up power assemblies; portable or non-hard piped installed unit.

Sump Pump foundation drain discharge to the sanitary sewer is prohibited from April 1 to September 30. Random, unannounced inspections by City staff or its designated representatives may be conducted during this period.
Sump Pump foundation drain discharge to the sanitary sewer is allowed from October 1 to March 31. Each spring, on or about April 1, the sump pump/foundation drain system will be inspected by City staff or its designated representative to ensure that prohibited discharges to the sanitary sewer have been removed.
Sump Pump. This Agreement covers all components of sump pump for ground water, provided the pump is within the foundation of the covered home. Excluded: (i) portable pumps; and (ii) sewer ejector pumps.

CENTRAL VACUUM- Includes all mechanical system components and parts, specifically, the Power Unit, its motor and electrical components, and dirt canister. NOT COVERED: attachments, removable components, ductwork, hoses, blockages, accessories. NOTE: We will pay no more than $250.00 per contract term for access, diagnosis and repair and/or replacement of covered central vacuum systems.
