Network Testing. 63.1. An Interconnection Agreement (or Memorandum of Understanding, or Porting Agreement) detailing conditions for LNP must be in effect between the Parties prior to testing. 63.2. Testing and operational issues will be addressed in the implementation plans as described in Section 33. 63.3. CLEC must be NPAC certified and have met Embarq testing parameters prior to activating LNP. After initial LNP implementation by a CLEC/CMRS provider testing and porting will be done at CLEC’s expense.
