Common use of Network Operating Policies and Technical Clause in Contracts

Network Operating Policies and Technical. Requirements shall mean the policies and procedures that Participant must have in place and the technical requirements that must be met by a Participant for participating in the Network and sending and/or receiving Health Data (as applicable) for the particular service(s) to which Participant is subscribed, which Network Operating Policies and Technical Requirements are set forth for each subscribed service and as are amended from time to time in accordance with Section 4 (Network Operating Policies and Technical Requirements).
