Network Limitations. The residence network is an enterprise grade network that has security features enabled which are incompatible with some devices. Devices that rely on the ability to communicate with each other over the network (inter-client communication) will not function on the network; some examples of these devices are Chromecasts, wireless printers, wireless speakers, smart home accessories, etc. Devices that do not support WPA2-Enterprise encryption can be whitelisted to connect to uw-wifi-setup-no-encryption on a case by case basis. Uw-wifi-setup-no-encryption is an unencrypted network; users of this network are advised to practice caution in which traffic is sent over this network, and the University of Waterloo assumes no responsibility for any data loss or device vulnerability caused by use of this network.

Network Limitations. Dealer is wholly responsible for supporting Dealer’s Customers and for monitoring the status and performance of Uplink Devices and/or Dealer Devices activated by Dealer on, or used in conjunction with, the Uplink Framework. Neither Uplink nor any third-party service provider will be liable with respect to, and Dealer will hold Uplink and Uplink’s third-party service providers harmless with respect to, Uplink Services that are refused, interrupted, dropped, rationed, or limited because of:
Network Limitations. At no time will AGN have any obligation to deliver more Gas through any User DP than is possible given the technical, physical and practical limitations of the Network, and the pressure and flow-rate of Gas within the Network, at that time.
Network Limitations. Customer acknowledges and agrees that: (a) the Network has a limited operational range and this range may change depending on environmental conditions and location of Devices (eg; Devices placed in basement limit the operating range); and (b) the Network may be temporarily down or limited due to atmospheric, environmental, capacity constraints, or other events beyond eleven-x’s control. Network Limitations. Your access and use of the Application will depend on the capabilities of Your mobile device and the mobile carrier You have contracted with for mobile service. FLEXXI shall in no way be deemed responsible for a failure in performance of the Application due to network outages, failures or other interruptions of service, including attempts to use the Application while in an area that receives sporadic, limited or no coverage.
Network Limitations. MSI and its partners shall use their commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that all Messages are sent on a timely basis. Impower acknowledges that computer networks, including the public Internet, are inherently unpredictable. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, MSI will not be in breach of their obligations to provide the Services hereunder if their commercially reasonable efforts are not sufficient to successfully transmit one or more Messages hereunder.

  • Use Limitations Your license is solely for the purposes of creating, presenting, hosting, analyzing, viewing and delivering Events (as defined below) to Authorized Users, subject to any limitation of Seats (as defined below) specified in the Order Form. “Event” means a single live broadcast event transmitted over the SaaS Service created and/or sponsored in whole or substantial part by Customer or Customer’s employees that is branded under Customer’s name. The term “Events” shall include both live and archived Events. “Seat” means each Authorized User served by a stream of digitally encoded data that delivers an Event to such Authorized User in the SaaS Service and shall include an Authorized User’s access to live Events and archived Events but does not include an access to a downloaded archived Event. The warranty claims that relate to defects caused by any of the following factors are not covered by the Contractual Warranty: • Improper Use or Non-compliance with installation, commissioning, operation or maintenance instructions (i.e. not according to the operation & installation manual) • Unauthorized modifications, changes or attempted repairs, • Vandalism, destruction through external influence and/or persons/animals • Use in an unsuitable environment, including any environment or location that causes excessive wear and tear or dirt or dust or debris buildup within the system or that is difficult or unsafe for Xantrex LLC representatives to access • Insufficient ventilation • Installation in a corrosive environment • Failure to observe applicable safety standards & regulations • Damages during transportation or storage • Force majeure, examples include, but not limited to: fire, flood, earthquakes, storm damage, overvoltage & lightning strikes • Exposure to fire, water, snow, moisture, or liquid ingress (except for any such exposure to environmental conditions that your Product was specifically designed to withstand as indicated in the applicable specifications for your Product) • Used as a component part of a product expressly warranted by another manufacturer • If the original identification (trade-mark, serial number) markings have been defaced, altered, or removed • Consumable components of any type are not covered, including but not limited to fans, fuses and filters etc. • Cosmetic shortcoming which do not impair the use of the product for the intended purpose i.e. supply of energy Warranty claims also exclude: • Damages arising due to the fact that the use of the product for the intended purpose is no longer possible or only possible with restrictions as a result of amendments to the statutory provisions applicable to the operation of the product made after the delivery of the product • Compensation for damages related to loss of power production or business operation or any expenses incurred by customer towards repair & replacement of the product (including but not limited to labor, transportation, temporary power) • Cost arising from changes to existing PV systems or building installations or vehicle or marine vessel installation and like • Additional costs and expenses (i.e. shipping costs, travel, accommodation, meals, etc.) arising due to remote locations of the indicated geographies, including but not limited to islands and overseas territories

  • License Limitations You may not distribute, redistribute, sell, resell, transfer, rent, lease, or sublicense the Progress Telerik JustMock Product Package or any portions thereof.

Whenever the expenses of the Fund exceed a pro rata portion of the applicable annual expense limitations, the estimated amount of reimbursement under such limitations shall be applicable as an offset against the monthly payment of the fee due to the Investment Adviser. Should two or more such expense limitations be applicable as at the end of the last business day of the month, that expense limitation which results in the largest reduction in the Investment Adviser's fee shall be applicable.
