Network Documentation Clause Samples
The Network Documentation clause requires parties to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of the network infrastructure, configurations, and related technical details. In practice, this means documenting network diagrams, device inventories, IP address assignments, and any changes made to the network over time. This clause ensures that all stakeholders have access to essential information for troubleshooting, maintenance, and future upgrades, thereby reducing the risk of miscommunication and operational disruptions.
Network Documentation. Each entity on the network will provide the NOC with a current diagram of network topology, equipment location, and configuration (including building address and floor location). • The NOC will provide a diagram of the network as well as tables and listings of all physical and logical components to any approved requesting entity. • Each entity on the network will provide on-going, updated information to the NOC reflecting components, circuits, and logical changes. • The NOC will add this information to its diagram and database, and will provide the revised network documents to all requesting entities.
Network Documentation. CONTRACTOR shall provide the following network documentation in accordance with any and all applicable local, state and federal laws, regulations and standards:
1. Documentation of all equipment added, network changes and maintenance services by the CONTRACTOR to allow COUNTY to budget for upcoming upgrades.
2. Up-to-date network documentation, including, without limitation, circuit numbers, device information, phone numbers and carrier service level agreements.
3. Wireless surveys available by CONTRACTOR as a part of Professional Service projects and implementations as requested.
Network Documentation. These documentation services will offer a process in which we will discover and document any number of drops desired and specified. This can cover data and voice, as well as remote data circuits. If the facility does not have a full set of AutoCAD prints, we can accommodate them, but the pricing must be reviewed specifically for that institution. If there are existing architectural prints, we will then digitize them and use them in the documentation process. If nothing exists, then we will have to walk each building and floor to create the baseline prints. In the case of the three institutions (HUMC, LAC+USCMC and OVUMC) we have found various mixtures of documentation. Additionally, each institution has slightly different scopes on what is to be completed in regard to voice and data. 5,000 data drops.
