Common use of Net-Net-Net Lease Clause in Contracts

Net-Net-Net Lease. This Lease is a “net-net-net lease” (or “triple-net lease”)and the District hereby agrees that the Lease Payments are an absolute net return to the Bank, free and clear of any expenses, charges or set-offs whatsoever.
