Net-Net-Net Lease. This Facilities Lease shall be deemed and construed to be a “net-net-net lease” and the District hereby agrees that all payments it makes pursuant to the GMP provisions in Exhibit C shall be an absolute net return to Developer, free and clear of any expenses, charges or set-offs.
Net-Net-Net Lease. This Lease Agreement shall be deemed and construed to be a “net-net-net lease” and the City hereby agrees that the Rental Payments shall be an absolute net return to the Authority, free and clear of any expenses, charges or set-offs whatsoever and notwithstanding any dispute between the City and the Authority.
Net-Net-Net Lease. This Lease shall be deemed and construed to be a “net-net-net lease” and the District hereby agrees that the Lease Payments shall be an absolute net return to the Corporation, free and clear of any expenses, charges or set-offs whatsoever.
Net-Net-Net Lease. 13.1 Net, Net, Net Lease - It is the intention of LANDLORD and TENANT that the rental herein specified shall be net to LANDLORD in each lease year, that all costs, expenses, and obligations of every kind relating to the TENANT'S use and occupancy of the premises which may arise during the term of this Lease shall be paid by TENANT, and that LANDLORD shall be indemnified by TENANT against any such costs, expenses and obligations.
Net-Net-Net Lease. This Facilities Lease shall be deemed and construed to be a “net-net-net lease” and the County hereby agrees that the rentals provided for herein shall be an absolute net return to the Authority, free and clear of any expenses, charges or set-offs whatsoever.
Net-Net-Net Lease. This Master Facilities Lease shall be deemed and construed to be a “net-net-net lease” and the District hereby agrees that all payments it makes pursuant to the Guaranteed Project Cost Provisions indicated in Exhibit C shall be an absolute net return to Contractor, free and clear of any expenses, charges or set- offs.
Net-Net-Net Lease. Landlord and Tenant understand and agree that this Lease is what is commonly referred to as a “net, net, net” Lease, NNN, or triple net lease. Tenant recognizes and acknowledges, without limiting the generality of any other terms or provisions of this lease, that it is the intent of the parties hereto that any and all rentals in this lease provided to be paid be Tenant to Landlord, shall be net to the Landlord, and any and all expenses incurred in connection with the Common Areas, the Premises, and the Center or in connection with the operations thereon, including any and all taxes, assessments, general or special, license fees, insurance premiums, public utility bills, management and administrative fees and costs of repair, maintenance and operation of the Common Areas, the Premises, and the Center and all buildings, structures, permanent textures and other improvements comprised therein, together with the appurtenance thereto, shall be paid by Tenant.
Net-Net-Net Lease. This is a net-net-net lease. It is the intention of Landlord and Tenant that the Monthly Rent (as defined below) and other sums and charges provided herein shall be absolutely net to Landlord. Except as otherwise specifically set forth in this Lease, Tenant shall pay all costs, charges, obligations, assessments, and expenses of every kind and nature against or relating to the Premises or the use, occupancy, area, possession, leasing, operation, management, maintenance, or repair thereof, which may arise or become due during the term hereof, or which may pertain to this transaction which concerns the Premises, whether or not now customary or within the contemplation of the parties hereto, and which, except for the execution and delivery of this Lease, would have been payable by Landlord.
Net-Net-Net Lease. Landlord and Tenant understand and agree that this Lease is what is commonly known in the business as a "net, net, net Lease." Tenant recognizes and acknowledges without limiting the generality of any other terms or provisions of this Lease, that it is the intent of the parties hereto that any and all rentals in this Lease provided to be paid by Tenant to Landlord, shall be net to Landlord, and any and all expenses incurred in connection with the Premises and Shopping Center, or in connection with the operations thereon, including any and all taxes, assessments, general or special license fees, insurance premiums, public utility bills and costs of repair, maintenance and operation of the Premises and the Shopping Center and all buildings, structures, permanent fixtures and other improvements comprised therein, together with the appurtenances thereto, shall be paid by Tenant, in addition to the rentals herein provided for.
Net-Net-Net Lease. It is stipulated and understood by the Tenant and the Landlord that this is a net, net, net lease and the Tenant shall pay in addition to the rent provided in Paragraph 2 and as additional rent, all taxes, assessments or levies assessed against the Premises, all insurance premiums, utilities and all maintenance and repairs of the Premises. Tenant shall promptly pay (in addition to the rent) all water, sewerage, electric, power, gas and heating bills taxed, levied, or charged against the Premises for and during the Lease Term.
