Common use of Negotiation Committee Clause in Contracts

Negotiation Committee. The Board agrees that the Union may appoint or otherwise select a Negotiating Committee composed of a Chairperson, a Vice-Chairperson and up to eight (8) Committee Persons. Such employees will be compensated for any time lost during negotiations. In addition, the Committee shall also include bargaining unit representatives.
