Common use of NEGOTIATING Clause in Contracts

NEGOTIATING. The Company acknowledges the right of the Union to appoint or otherwise select a Negotiating Committee consisting of not more than employees one of whom shall be the Plant Chairperson and one of whom shall be a member of the skilled trades group. The Bargaining Committee shall be assigned to the day shift, Meetings of the Negotiating Committee with the Company shall be held whenever the Committee or Company submits an agenda of the business to be transacted and gives forty-eight hours notice of the meeting. The said Committee will cooperate with the Company in the administration of the Agreement.
