NEGOTIATING. Upon receipt of notice from the other party, the parties shall meet at a mutually agreed upon date, time, and place and shall negotiate in good faith with respect to wages, hours, or terms and other conditions of employment and the continuation, modification, or deletion of existing provisions of this agreement. The time, place, and date of the next meeting shall be agreed upon prior to the adjournment.
