NEGOTIATING UNIT. The group of employees of the Maine-Endwell Central School District represented by the “Association” and consisting of all classroom teachers including: art, music, physical education, library, as well as guidance counselors, special education teachers, speech therapists, reading teachers, school social workers, school psychologists, nurses, occupational therapists, physical therapists, occupational therapist assistants, long-term substitutes and teaching assistants. A long-term substitute is defined as a substitute teacher who is employed in place of a regular appointed teacher who is absent for a semester or more due to a leave of absence.
