Area of Assignment. In order to ensure that students are taught by teachers working within their areas of competence, teachers shall not be assigned, except in accordance with regulations of the Bylaws of the Maryland State Board of Education and, in an emergency, to subjects or classes outside the scope of their teaching certificates, their major or minor fields of study or areas in which the teacher is not prepared to teach.

Area of Assignment. (a) Areas of assignment shall be understood to mean a particular linear accelerator, simulator, mould room, brachytherapy, calculation station, QA, clinical trials, patient review, orthovoltage, cyberknife, treatment planning and/or other rotational positions as designated by management.

  • Right of Assignment (6) The Lessee will not assign, transfer, pledge, hypothecate, surrender or dispose of this lease, or any interest herein, sublet, or permit any other person or persons whomsoever to occupy the Premises without the written consent of the Lessor being first obtained in writing; this lease is personal to Lessee; Lessee’s interests, in whole or in part, cannot be sold, assigned, transferred, seized or taken by operation at law, or under or by virtue of any execution or legal process, attachment or proceedings instituted against the Lessee, or under or by virtue of any bankruptcy or insolvency proceedings had in regard to the Lessee, or in any other manner, except as above mentioned.   • DURATION OF ASSIGNMENT The scope of services of this Assignment shall be completed no later than August 31, 2023, unless terminated earlier as provided in Section 3.2 of the Agreement. The schedule is subject to adjustments for possible time extension; however, any extension of time must be approved by the TFC and shall require an amendment to Assignment No. 1.
