– Negotiating Allowance. The Carrier shall pay for one (1) employee representative (on the Union negotiating committee), the regular basic daily rate of pay for each regular service performed day spent in formal negotiations between Management and the Union, up to a maximum of six (6) meetings.
– Negotiating Allowance. The Carrier shall pay for one (1) local employee serving as the SMART – TD negotiating committee the regular basic daily rate of pay for each day spent in formal negotiations between the Carrier and SMART – TD with a maximum of ten (10) meetings.
