Needed Clause Samples

The "Needed" clause establishes the requirement for certain actions, documents, or resources to be provided or made available as necessary for the fulfillment of the agreement. In practice, this clause typically obligates one or both parties to supply information, materials, or support when reasonably requested or when circumstances demand it to ensure the smooth execution of contractual obligations. Its core function is to ensure that all essential elements required for performance are accessible, thereby preventing delays or failures due to missing or unavailable resources.
