Common use of Necessary Resources Clause in Contracts

Necessary Resources. AOC shall provide Property and other resources and personnel as described in the SOW, if any. Contractor shall provide, as part of the Project budget, the personnel and all other materials and resources necessary for the performance of the Services. Contractor shall ensure that its representatives have the hardware and software necessary to complete the engagement as identified in the Contract. AOC will not supply hardware or software to Contractor unless specifically agreed to in writing. Charges shall be reduced to the extent that AOC performs obligations which are described in the Contract as being performed by Contractor in accordance with Section 15.
