Necessary Procedures. Payees will be reimbursed for valid necessary visits and procedures not covered under Attachment B. (2) Príjemca platby berie na vedomie a súhlasí, že je výhradne zodpovedný za zaplatenie všetkých príspevkov a daní vyrubených príslušným úradom a týkajúcich sa alebo vymeraných podľa odmeny vyplatenej príjemcovi platby v rámci tejto zmluvy. Spoločnosť Syneos Health a zadávateľ nenesú zodpovednosť za zadržanie akýchkoľvek požadovaných preddavkov alebo daní. Príjemca platby preberá plnú zodpovednosť za nahlásenie všetkých platieb prijatých v rámci tejto zmluvy príslušným daňovým orgánom v súlade s platnými právnymi predpismi. A-6.
