NDHB Sample Clauses

NDHB. 1.4.1 Employees who have no less than 10 years’ service with the employer may be paid a Retirement Gratuity within the scale given in. 1.4.2 The provisions of this clause will also apply where early retirement is taken by an employee as an alternative to redundancy. 1.4.3 The Retirement Gratuity may be paid to the estate of qualifying employees who died before retirement or who dies after retirement but before receiving a gratuity.
NDHB. 1.1.1 In addition to the provisions of the Parental Leave and Employment Protection Act ( 1987) eligible employee are entitled to parental leave (Maternity) leave of: (a) 12 months where the employee has at least 12 months service with the employer at the expected date of delivery as certified by a registered medical practitioner or registered midwife, or (b) 6 months where the employee has less than 12 months service with the employer at the expected date of delivery as certified by a registered medical practitioner or registered midwife.
