Nature of the Participant's Obligations. The commitments and obligations of the Participants hereunder are several and not joint or joint and several. A default by any Participant hereunder will neither increase the Commitment of any other Participant nor release or suspend or otherwise modify the funding responsibility of any other Participant hereunder.

  • Participant’s Obligations As part of the Agreement to which this Exhibit A is attached, you, the Participant, agree to the following obligations:

  • CONSULTANT’S OBLIGATIONS 10. Consultant shall immediately correct any breach of this Agreement or violation of the MLS Policies within its control, whether committed by Firm, Salesperson Party, or Consultant, upon notice from MLS.

  • Tenant’s Obligations Tenant’s obligations under this Section 30 shall survive the expiration or earlier termination of the Lease.   • Recipient's Obligations A. Recipient agrees that the Confidential Information is to be considered confidential and proprietary to Owner and Recipient shall hold the same in confidence, shall not use the Confidential Information other than for the purposes of its business with Owner, and shall disclose it only to its officers, directors, or employees with a specific need to know. Recipient will not disclose, publish or otherwise reveal any of the Confidential Information received from Owner to any other party whatsoever except with the specific prior written authorization of Owner.

  • TRANSNET’S OBLIGATIONS 8.1 Transnet undertakes to promptly comply with any reasonable request by the Supplier/Service Provider for information, including information concerning Transnet's operations and activities, that relates to the Goods/Services as may be necessary for the Supplier/Service Provider to provide the Goods/Services, but for no other purpose. However, Transnet's compliance with any request for information is subject to any internal security rules and requirements and subject to the observance by the Supplier/Service Provider of its confidentiality obligations under this Agreement.
