Common use of NATIONAL LABOR RELATIONS BOARD CERTIFICATION Clause in Contracts

NATIONAL LABOR RELATIONS BOARD CERTIFICATION. The Concessionaire, by signing this Contract, does hereby swear, under penalty of perjury, that no more than one final, unappealable finding of contempt of court by a Federal Court has been issued against Concessionaire within the two-year period immediately preceding the date of this Contract because of Concessionaire’s failure to comply with a Federal Court order that Concessionaire shall comply with an order of the National Labor Relations Board.

The Concessionaire, by person signing this Contract, does hereby swear, Agreement on behalf of the grantee certifies under penalty of perjury, perjury that no more than one final, final unappealable finding of contempt of court by a Federal Court federal court has been issued against Concessionaire the grantee within the immediately preceding two-year period immediately preceding the date of this Contract because of Concessionaire’s the grantee's failure to comply with an order of a Federal Court order that Concessionaire shall federal court which orders the grantee to comply with an order of the National Labor Relations Board. This section is not applicable if the grantee is a public entity.
