Common use of Name of Trust Clause in Contracts

Name of Trust. The Trust agrees and acknowledges that the Adviser is the owner of the name and xxxx “Xxx Xxx” and that all use of any designation comprised in whole or part of Xxx Xxx (a “Van Xxx Xxxx”) under this Agreement shall inure to the benefit of the Adviser. Upon termination of this Agreement for any reason, the Trust shall cease all use of any Van Xxx Xxxx(s) as soon as reasonably practicable.
