Mutual Goal. The City and the Lodge recognize that the ability of a Member to properly perform his/her duties depends, in part, on a workplace which is free of substance abuse. In an effort to promote public safety, to provide Members who may be drug- or alcohol-dependent with an opportunity for treatment and for remaining productive Members of the Division, and in recognition that substance abuse is a problem which, depending on individual circumstances, may require intervention, rehabilitation, or discipline, it is the purpose of the Article to provide a method for responding to the risks presented by the presence of substance abuse in the workplace. The City and the Lodge agree that it is their mutual goal and pledge to maintain and assure safe and effective work and service to the citizens of the City of Gahanna by maintaining a drug-free and alcohol-free workplace.

  • Performance Measurement Satisfactory performance of this Contract will be measured by:

  • Ongoing Performance Measures The Department intends to use performance-reporting tools in order to measure the performance of Contractor(s). These tools will include the Contractor Performance Survey (Exhibit H), to be completed by Customers on a quarterly basis. Such measures will allow the Department to better track Vendor performance through the term of the Contract(s) and ensure that Contractor(s) consistently provide quality services to the State and its Customers. The Department reserves the right to modify the Contractor Performance Survey document and introduce additional performance-reporting tools as they are developed, including online tools (e.g. tools within MFMP or on the Department's website).
