Common use of MUTUAL FULL COOPERATION Clause in Contracts

MUTUAL FULL COOPERATION. The Parties agree to cooperate with each other in good faith to accomplish the terms of this Agreement, including the execution of such documents and such other action as may reasonably be necessary to implement the terms of this Agreement and obtain the Court’s final approval of the Agreement including the entry of an order dismissing the Litigation with prejudice.

MUTUAL FULL COOPERATION. As soon as practicable after execution of this Agreement, the Parties shall take all necessary steps to secure the Court’s approval of this Agreement and to effectuate all aspects of this Agreement. The Parties agree to cooperate fully with each other in good faith to obtain approval of and to accomplish the terms of this Agreement, including the but not limited to execution of such documents and such other action as may reasonably be necessary to implement the terms of this Agreement and obtain the Court’s final approval of the Agreement including the entry of an order dismissing the Litigation with prejudiceAgreement.
