Common use of MUTUAL FULL COOPERATION Clause in Contracts

MUTUAL FULL COOPERATION. The Parties agree to cooperate fully with each other to accomplish the terms of this Agreement, including but not limited to, execution of such documents and the taking of such other action as may reasonably be necessary to implement the terms of this Agreement. The Parties to this Agreement shall use their best efforts, including all efforts contemplated by this Agreement and any other efforts that may become necessary by order of the Court, or otherwise, to effectuate this Agreement. As soon as practicable after execution of this Agreement, Class Counsel, with the assistance and cooperation of Defendant and its counsel, shall take all necessary steps to secure the Court’s final approval of this Agreement. Defendant agrees that Defendant will not attempt to discourage Settlement Class Members from filing claims.
