MUNICIPAL COSTS. 81. The Subdivider agrees to pay to the Municipality its reasonable costs incurred for land use planning, engineering, surveying and legal fees and disbursements and for the cost of administration, inspection, supervision and all other work required by the Municipality in connection with this Agreement and the following provisions apply:
