MULTIPLE YEAR CONTRACTS Sample Clauses
The "Multiple Year Contracts" clause establishes the terms and conditions under which an agreement will extend over more than one year. Typically, this clause outlines the duration of the contract, renewal procedures, and any conditions for continuation or termination at the end of each contract year. For example, it may specify that the contract automatically renews annually unless either party provides notice of non-renewal within a set timeframe. The core function of this clause is to provide predictability and structure for long-term business relationships, ensuring both parties understand their ongoing commitments and the process for extending or ending the agreement.
