MULTIPLE YEAR CONTRACTS. NTT faculty in positions that have been identified through appropriate campus procedures may receive multiple year contracts at the discretion of the department and with the approval of the xxxx and xxxxxxx. A NTT faculty member on a multi-year contract may be discharged for cause or lack of enrollment or funding within the contract term. All multi-year contracts shall be subject to the requirements of BOR policy 711.3 as of the date of this agreement. All NTT faculty on multi- year contracts will be reported to AFMSU with name, title, and department included.

MULTIPLE YEAR CONTRACTS. Non-tenure track faculty holding the terminal degree in their discipline and who have worked continuously for three academic years at a minimum of 0.5 FTE; or masters –level faculty who have achieved at least five academic years of successful service as an instructor; may, with recommendation of the Division Chair and with approval of the appropriate Xxxx and Xxxxxxx, be granted a three-year employment contract. The Xxxx will provide a copy of the multi-year contract to the relevant Division Chair, who will notify the appropriate Department Head or Program Coordinator of the multi-year appointment. The multi-year contract is subject to the reserved rights of the University as noted in ARTICLE 12.

  • Multi-year Planning Targets Schedule A may reflect an allocation for the first Funding Year of this Agreement as well as planning targets for up to two additional years, consistent with the term of this Agreement. In such an event, the HSP acknowledges that if it is provided with planning targets, these targets:

  • Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) and Employer Contributions a) The FTE used to determine the Board’s benefits contributions will be based on the average of the Board’s FTE as of October 31st and March 31st of each year.

  • Vendor's Years in Business How many years has the business submitting this proposal been operating in its current capacity and field of work?

  • First Year Wage Adjustment Effective July 1, 2017, all salary ranges and rates shall be increased by two percent (2.0%), rounded to the nearest cent. The compensation grids for classes covered by this Agreement are contained in Appendix E-1. Employees shall convert to the new compensation grid as provided in Section 2.

  • Contract Duration and Annual Salary 1. The College hereby employs the Administrator in the capacity of Director of Adult Educational Development, Assistant Professor for one year, commencing on July 1, 2023 and terminating on June 30, 2024. The Administrator accepts such employment on the conditions hereinafter set forth, and any applicable provisions of the Board of Trustees Policy Manual. In the event of conflict between Board Policy and this Contract, the Contract shall govern.

  • Modifications and Updates to the Wire Center List and Subsequent Transition Periods 2.1.4.12.1 In the event BellSouth identifies additional wire centers that meet the criteria set forth in Section 2.1.4.5, but that were not included in the Initial Wire Center List, BellSouth shall include such additional wire centers in a carrier notification letter (CNL). Each such list of additional wire centers shall be considered a “Subsequent Wire Center List”.

  • Fixed Term Contracts (a) An employer may engage fixed-term contract employees for a specific period and/or until the completion of a specific short-term task

  • Annual Work Plans (a) The Recipient shall prepare in accordance with guidelines acceptable to the Association and furnish to the Association not later than March 31 in each calendar year, a proposed annual work plan and budget for the Project for the following fiscal year of the Recipient, of such scope and in such detail as the Association shall reasonably request.

  • Second Year Wage Adjustment Effective July 1, 2020, all salary ranges and rates shall be increased by two and one-half percent (2.50%), rounded to the nearest cent. Salary increases provided by this Section shall be given to all employees including those employees whose rates of pay exceed the maximum rate for their class. The compensation grids for classes covered by this Agreement are contained in Appendix E-2. Conversion to the new compensation grid shall not change an employee’s eligibility for step progression increases.

  • REGULAR WORK YEAR FOR TEACHERS 20.1 The annual salary established for employees covered by this agreement shall be payable in respect of the teacher's regular work year.
