Common use of Multilingual/TDD Service Clause in Contracts

Multilingual/TDD Service. The CONTRACTOR shall at all times maintain the capability of responding to telephone calls in English and Spanish as may be directed by CITY. The CONTRACTOR shall also at all times maintain the capability of responding to telephone calls through Telecommunications Device for the Deaf (TDD) Services.
