Multi-year Subscription Sample Clauses
Multi-year Subscription. For Multi-year Subscriptions, Two Impulse provides you guaranteed fixed prices and protected discounts on Two Impulse Product & Services Catalog list prices (TIPSCLPs) for renewals and additional Software subscriptions during the term of your Subscription. Your TIPSCLPs may however change if you add Commercial Modules.
Multi-year Subscription. The Customer can purchase a multi-year subscription to Software, in which case the Software will last for the agreed time of the multi-year subscription. In the case of contracting a multi-year subscription, the Software is paid immediately upon the start of the subscription period, and such subscription is not subject to price changes. When the term of the multi-year subscription expires, the Software is automatically renewed, unless the renewal of the subscription is cancelled in advance or otherwise agreed upon.
Multi-year Subscription. For any Customer with a Subscription Term exceeding 1 Year (Multi-Year Subscription”), the subscription period shall be as per the Order.
