User Obligation. The customer agrees that it will not use the Software, or permits its agents to use the Software other than as permitted by this agreement and that it will not use the Software in a manner inconsistent with its design or documentation. The end-user will not attempt to do any of the foregoing, encourage others to do so, or otherwise attempt to bypass or circumvent any usage restrictions in this agreement. You shall not commit any act or omission that could result in damage to Syskit’s reputation.
User Obligation. This software is not to be given or bartered to any other company. You are authorized by SelectQu to sell SelectQu. You may charge any fee for this software, provided SelectQu is properly compensated according to the Pricing Sheet provided later in this document.
User Obligation. 1. The user has designed and will construct at his own expenses the object and the connection assets to provide the connection of (the object is completed with a description of the project) with the kV transmission network of OST sh.
2. The User shall comply with all technical requirements regarding telecommunications, SCADA system and measurement, part of this Agreement, detailed in Annexes 3, 4 and 5.
3. The user shall use on building of the connection assets, contemporary technology as well as all security systems for national transmission network protection.
4. The user shall carry out all the works related to connection asset’s construction in full compliance with the project submitted and approved by OSTsh.a.
5. The User shall at any time allow the OST sh.a. employees, subcontractors and / or third parties, authorized by it to enter to the area of its ownership where the substation and line are/have being constructed, with the purpose of inspecting the completed works and carrying out the required verifications in accordance with Transmission Grid Code.
6. The User guarantees that at his own expenses shall remain valid throughout the term of this Agreement all the necessary authorizations with a view of the proper operation of Connection Assets.
7. If the User requires the disconnection of electrical connection from Transmission Network, shall notify the OST sh.a., 3 months in advance and the Company is required to cover all the necessary expenses for the disconnection.
8. The User guarantees that at his own expenses will remain valid throughout the term of this Agreement all the necessary Authorizations for the proper operation of (the object) and connection assets.
9. The user commits to keep in efficient conditions (the object) in order not to cause other user’s damage already included in the OST’s sh.a Transmission Network.
10. Upon the request of OST sh.a and in the manner determined by the latter, the Company, by carrying the respective costs, will perform the necessary interventions in , when Transmission Network developments or network needs makes this necessary for guaranteeing security of the Albanian Power System;
11. The Company must immediately notify OST sh.a of any change and / or event related to technical characteristics, management, operation and control of (object), and in general to respect the obligations on information, pursuant with Grid Code provisions.
User Obligation. You have to make sure that Contributions shared by you are not false, inaccurate, or misleading. Any use of the Application in violation of the foregoing violates these Terms of Use and may result in, among other things, termination or suspension of your employment and/or rights to use the Application.

2.1 In consideration of the services provided by the Department, the User agrees to the following:

In particular, User agrees to indemnify and hold FI360 harmless from any claim by any client of User alleging or resulting from the failure by the User to exercise its fiduciary duties, if applicable, with respect to the client's account.
User Obligation. The User undertakes to notify CRYPTOMERIAN immediately of any unauthorized use of his/her Account or password, or any other breach of security by email addressed to ▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇. Any User who violates the mentioned rules may be terminated, and thereafter held liable for losses incurred by CRYPTOMERIAN or any user of the Site.
10.1 The User undertakes not to use the Service to perform criminal activity of any sort, including but not limited to, money laundering, illegal gambling operations, financing terrorist organizations, or malicious hacking.
10.2 The User is responsible for any and all damages caused and all liability actions brought against CRYPTOMERIAN for infringement of third party rights or violation of applicable laws.
10.3 Nothing in the Service Agreement excludes or limits the liability of the User for fraud, death or personal injury caused by its negligence, breach of terms implied by operation of law, or any other liability which may not by law be limited or excluded.
10.4 Users are solely responsible for determining whether any contemplated Transaction is appropriate for them based on their personal goals, financial status and risk willingness.
