MSP. The parties recognize that the method of funding MSP has been changed from an individually paid premium system to a system funded by an employer paid payroll tax. If the government, at any time in the future, reverts to an individually paid premium system for basic medical insurance, the parties agree that the employer will pay 100% of the premium for employees on the same basis as exists in the 2014 - 2019 collective agreement.
