Movement. A Member of the Bargaining Unit shall advance one step for every school year in which they actually teach or otherwise are present and participating in the District's educational program for 120 days or more. Days of leave under the Federal Family Medical Leave Act that a Member of the Bargaining Unit is required to take until the end of the school year shall be considered days of teaching or participation in the District's educational program.
