Movement of Animals4. 4.1 It is agreed that the Owner, having agreed the details of such proposed movement with the Contract Rearer will take all steps necessary to comply with requirements of regulations to ensure that AIM Certificate of Compliance will issue prior to movement to the Contract Rearer’s Land and animal passports shall be given to the Contract Rearer.
