Common use of MOU Objectives Clause in Contracts

MOU Objectives. By this MOU, the District and the City intend to establish the basis for the District and the City to enter into agreements relating to the District’s ground lease of a portion of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Fire Station real property, design and construction of the Classrooms, and the following Fire Training Center facilities: HangarStorage Building, Outdoor Classroom and Apparatus Building (collectively “District Fire Training Facilities”); the District Fire Training Facilities and the Classrooms are collectively referred to herein as “District Facilities.”.
