Motor Vehicle Usage Program. (a) There will be established in the Company a Motor Vehicle Usage Program to provide, in those administrative work units where implemented, that employees who participate will be assigned a motor vehicle for use in their work and for traveling between their work locations and places of residence or other designated places for the vehicle storage.
