Common use of Motor Vehicle Insurance Clause in Contracts

Motor Vehicle Insurance. To the extent benefits are payable under any medical expense payment provision (by whatever terminology used, including such benefits mandated by law) of any motor vehicle insurance policy, such benefits paid by Keystone and provided as a result of an accidental bodily injury arising out of a motor vehicle accident are subject to coordination of benefit rules and subrogation as described in the Coordination of Benefits (COB) and Subrogation sections of this Agreement. ASSIGNMENT OF BENEFITS Except as otherwise required by applicable law, Members are not permitted to assign any right, benefits or payments for benefits under the Agreement to other Members or to Providers or to any other individual or entity. Further, except as required by applicable law, Members are not permitted to assign their rights to receive payment or to bring an action to enforce the Agreement, including, but not limited to, an action based upon a denial of benefits.
