Common use of More than one Customer Clause in Contracts

More than one Customer. If more than one person signs this Agreement as Customer, Lender may at its option and without notice refuse any request for a Loan upon notice from any of the undersigned. Any of the undersigned Customers may request Loans under this Agreement. Each of the undersigned Customers is jointly and severally liable for all Loans and other obligations under this Agreement.
