MOQ - Minimum Order Quantity. Minimum Order Quantity must be negotiated and agreed in the beginning of the project and must take into consideration the most economical batch, the forecast consumption values, inventory costs and material lifetime. It must be revised and updated when necessary, namely during project kick-off and series end of production.
