Minimum Order. When the Government requires supplies or services covered by this contract in an amount of less than one each, the Government is not obligated to purchase, nor is the Contractor obligated to furnish those supplies or services under the contract.

Minimum Order. If the Master Contract contains minimum order quantities or values, Contractor may elect to honor orders for less than the minimum order. For all orders less than the minimum order, at the Contractor’s option, shipping costs from the shipping point may be added to invoice with a copy of the freight xxxx. Shipping costs are to be prepaid by Contractor and such orders are to be shipped on an F.O.B. destination basis. All such orders must be shipped by the most economical method for the proper delivery of the product unless special instructions are stated on the order by the Authorized User.

Shipped Products will have a minimum order of $50.00 and shall be ordered in the Contractor’s standard unit of measure packaging unless noted otherwise in each Contractor’s Information page. Contractor may elect to honor orders for less than the minimum order, however no additional charges shall be allowed.

Minimum Order. Unless otherwise approved in writing by Seller the minimum order amount is EUR 300 (three hundred Euros), or equivalent value in other currency if applicable (Minimum Order Value), Seller may at its sole discretion accept orders below the Minimum Order Value, for which a handling fee of 30 EUR (thirty Euros), or equivalent value in other currency, will apply per order.

Minimum Order. The minimum dollar value of orders to be issued under this agreement is $1.00. If this minimum order threshold is lower than the minimum dollar value of orders under the Contractor’s FSS Contract, the Contractor shall have their FSS Contract modified to reflect a minimum order amount requirement of $1.00 applicable to GSA AdvantageSelect BPAs.
Minimum Order. Seller reserves the right to refuse to process any order that does not meet quantity requirements that Seller may establish for any given product or group of products.
