Monthly Monitoring. A. Contractor shall check the status of all providers monthly to ensure that they are continuing active participation in the DMC program. Any subcontracted provider who surrenders their certification or closes their facility must be reported by the Contractor to DHCS’s County Monitoring Unit within two (2) business days of notification or discovery.
